1. It’s not a trundle bed like the photo makes it seem. It’s just the bed. One piece came broken. And tbh if you’re not buying the trundle or extra storage pieces I don’t think that piece matters. I emailed them and I got a replacement in less than a week from the day of the first email. It’s the same brand as in the big furniture stores around where I live. And for wayyyyyy less money. I’ll be buying the under bed storage soon.
