I bought this bed at $264.99 plus the shipping costs of $115 (even though I am a prime member) and sales tax of $38.95. I also ordered the assembling service for an additional $190 for a total of $418.94. The appointment for the assembly is October 5, 2022. I opened the package on September 22 to prepare the serviceman to assemble it. What I found out?1. There are only 22 pieces of No. Q Bolt while it should be 23.2. One of the N2 board and wheels are broken.3. There is only 1 part D board, and it was a defect while there should be two pieces.I have not assembled it and am unsure whether there is another shortage of parts or defect one.After I wrote to the seller, they made the full refund on the same day. I am satisfied with their customer service.
