I wasn't expecting such a nice loft bed for this price, but it is very sturdy and I expect it to last my ten year old granddaughter for many years. Her room is on the small side and this enables her to keep enough storage underneath and so gives that much more bedroom space. When first delivered, we had a part missing, but Sophia in customer service was excellent and immediately sent out what we needed. I wish all customer service would be so quickly responsive! Great product, great price, fast delivery, immediate responses, and great customer service. Couldn't ask for more!
